Clock Hours

All registration will take place through the Professional Development Management System (PDMS) that is accessed through the Identity Management System (IMS).

Quick link to the Professional Development Management System (PDMS) on the Delaware Department of Education website to register for the clock hours: Clock Hours/PDMS Registration

Note: This is the same system used to access DEEDS, DCAS, and eSchool Plus.

We have confirmed with the Delaware Department of Education that clock hours for the DELCAPS regional Coordinators Workshops and Creativity Kick-off Coaches Training sessions have been processed and recorded in the PDMS system. Hours for the regional Spontaneous Workshops will be recorded as soon as possible. Only educational professionals who pre-registered in PDMS and attended the DELCAPS training events will receive the clock hours. If pre-registration through PDMS was not completed before attending the DELCAPS training sessions, clock hours will not be awarded.

A work to add this year Judges Training in PDMS is in-progress and will provide update on website shortly.

Teachers who are seeking to use clock hours to maintain their certification and who are not currently employed in Delaware public schools must request an account.
If you do not have an IMS account at your district, you will need to go to https://login.doe.k12.de.us and click on “Request Account.”
For non-public schools in Delaware, a process has been worked out for access to IMS – click here for directions. NOTE: Once the account in IMS gets setup, it will take 24-48 hours to replicate to PDMS.
